En este nuevo tema de Matemáticas, estamos estudiando los polígonos irregulares y regulares calculando su perímetro y sus áreas.
Los polígonos irregulares no tienen todos sus lados iguales.Sus vértices no están inscritos en una circunferencia.
Recordad que atendiendo al número de lados, los polígonos irregulares se clasifican en : triángulos, cuadriláteros, pentágonos, ...
También hemos trabajado que el perímetro es igual a la suma de las longitudes de los lados. Para calcular el área de un polígono irregular, debemos tener en cuenta que se obtiene triangulando el polígono y sumando el área de dichos triángulos.
